Include the email address linked to your Quizara account, the page or feature involved, when the issue happened, what you expected, and any exact error message or screenshot. Replies are sent by email; Quizara does not currently publish a guaranteed response time. For your security, do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment-card details.

How to request a refund.
We refund a charge that was duplicated, unauthorised, or caused by a verified technical failure, and any purchase where the law requires it. Otherwise, a purchase is final once its access or AI Credits are delivered (see our Terms of Service). You can still ask: we review every request individually.
What to include
- The email address linked to your Quizara account.
- The purchase: its date, amount, and whether it was a plan or AI Credits. You can find these in Quizara under Settings → Payment History.
- Why you are requesting a refund.
For your security, do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment-card details.
What happens next
- We reply by email.
- An approved refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- A full refund ends the access or AI Credits that came with that purchase.

How do I access Quizara?
Use Log In to open the Quizara application. If you do not have an account, the same entry point lets you create one. Then activate your free trial; your 14 days of $0 access start when you activate it.
What is included in the current trial?
The $0 trial provides 14 days of access to Quantitative Methods, including 11 Modules and 87 Lessons, one Mock Exam, and 20 AI Credits.
Can I purchase Premium now?
Yes. Premium is currently $279.30 for 365 days (30% off $399 for a limited time), and you can buy it in the Quizara application.
Is Quizara affiliated with CFA Institute®?
No. Quizara is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CFA Institute.
